    • Cut screen delivery from days to about 2 hours by building an AI-driven designer-to-developer pipeline as a Claude Code plugin: one command turns a Claude Design file into production code on semantic tokens derived from the design-system foundations, matching every design component to existing primitives, pausing at a plan gate for approval, then generating the code, tests and a gallery demo.
    • Kept design and code in lockstep with a reverse sync that treats code as the source of truth: per-component fingerprints of the real browser render, explicit sync verdicts that catch conflicts and outside edits before any push, token-level verification of every style value, and CI gates against raw colours; full design-system audits run from an export, cutting ~200K tokens of fetches per audit to zero.
    • Shipped the Corporate Platform app for multi-property oversight with zero hand-written code, directing AI coding agents end to end through that pipeline, custom agent skills and review gates on every change; the app is stable in production and buyers are adopting it.
    • Delivered the customer-facing Buyer app, a B2B marketplace connecting hotels with suppliers, by building its Store, multi-stage Orders and Accounts Payable (invoices, statements) modules in React and TypeScript with role-based access control (RBAC); the platform serves 3,700+ users across 1,000+ properties for 100+ corporate clients and has processed 24,000+ invoices worth $42M+.
    • Launched Reeco's mobile app, built from scratch in React Native with offline support and optimistic updates, shipping stable Android and iOS releases that keep ordering reliable on unstable hotel networks; oversaw subsequent versions.
    • As lead front-end developer, screen and review pull requests from an 11-developer front-end team across Reeco's repositories, holding the bar on code quality, architecture and consistency while mentoring the team.
    • Partner with the product designer in iterative back-and-forth reviews, turning designs into production UI and feeding implementation constraints and edge cases back into the design.
    • Rebuilt the company website on a headless CMS that I proposed and integrated, so the business publishes content without engineering involvement.
    • Joined Reeco directly after building its Back Office, Seller and Buyer apps through CAW Studios.

  2. SDE Consultant

    • Implemented session-based authentication in the sign-up flow of the Node.js back-end SDK, making sign-up safer and smoother for applications built on SuperTokens.
    • Built and launched SuperTokens' public JWT encoder/decoder, with signature validation across 6 algorithms (HS256, HS384, HS512, ES256, RS256, PS256), giving developers a way to debug tokens on the company site.
    • Migrated legacy front-end code to the latest SDK version, added theming support to the sign-up page and fixed UI defects in the user-management dashboard.

    • Launched BeTagged, a social-media marketing platform for a Malaysian client, by leading a 6-developer front-end team that built its TypeScript and React web app from scratch, mentoring them through daily code reviews.
    • Eliminated duplicated business logic between the web and mobile apps by setting up and managing a Lerna monorepo and co-leading the shared-code effort.
    • Designed a single cross-platform logging setup with Segment and Sentry, later adopted as the organisation's logging blueprint.

  4. Lead Front-End / Full-Stack Developer
